As of August 18, 2000, Qingdao Seawin Biological Group Co. Ltd. (then known as China Ocean University Organism Project Development Co. Ltd.) is a company devoted to researching and developing marine biological resources and manufacturing and selling products with research and development in mind. Capitalization is officially listed at 132 million Yuan. We have been devoting our efforts to improving human health long-term by creating and harnessing marine biological resources. Our Industrial Base, established in 2008, is the only one of its kind in China. In 2014, Rushan Weihai's Fish Protein and Oyster Industrial Base Processing and Production Base were established. In 2017, Lidao, Rongcheng's Healthy Marine Food Industrial Chain Base, was established using kelp as its primary raw material. Located on Jiaodong Peninsula, the new zone has a total area of 520000 square metres. It serves as an essential backbone for the development and growth of industries.
Our founders are committed to the principle of scientific and technical innovation-driven and high-quality business growth. Our technological and scientific advancement centres are Shandong Provincial Demonstration Engineering Technology Research Center, Shandong Enterprise Tech Center, The National Green Seaweed Research and Application Tech Center, and many others. We have successively presided over and participated in 45 central scientific annals by drawing on the strengths of the Ocean University of China in the field of ocean technology and science and working closely with many scientific research institutions like the Ocean University of China, the Institute of Ocean Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of the Process of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the 1st Institute of Ocean Research of the State Oceanic Administration, etc. Establishing new marine bio-fertilizer, marine biological functional products, marine environmental protection services and marine health food supply chains, a new industrial chain has been created to facilitate the development and usage of marine biological resources for human health.
The technological level, marketing and manufacturing scale of functional marine biological products such as bio-stimulants from double seaweeds and novel marine biological fertilizers have been at the forefront of the worldwide industry over the past 20 years of accumulation and development. There are now American and Australian branches of the corporation operating abroad. More than 50 different nations and regions have received exports of these products, including Europe, the United States, and many more. In addition, we have been awarded over twenty other governmental and provincial honours. We have won several awards in its field, such as 2016 Qingdao's Most Innovative Enterprise, Shandong Manufacturing Single Champion, Top 100 Patent Innovation Enterprises of Shandong, and 2019 Shandong Manufacturing High-end Brand Cultivation Enterprise, among others.
